Youth Workers Needed!
Do you want to make an eternal difference in the lives our youth. We are currently looking for individuals interested in helping with the Jr. and Sr. High Youth Ministry here at HPUMC. There are many different areas within the youth program where we can use the talents that God has given you.
If you are interested in helping in any way, please place your name on the list in the narthex or email Rick at rick@hpumc.com
Teachers and Helpers Needed!!!! The Children’s Ministry of this Church is in need of help to make our Children’s Programs successful. We could use help on Sunday mornings and Wednesday night too. You do not have to be a teacher to help with these ministries. All you need is a willingness to serve the Lord and a love for kids. Mature and responsible youth can also be used for these ministries. Please prayerfully consider this! Lastly, we need a few puppeteers for the 11:00 service. The puppeteers would be used for about 15 minutes during Kids’ Life. Please contact Michelle Morgan for more info. 412-823-4172.
NURSERY If you love working with infants/toddlers we have a ministry opportunity for you! If you would like to volunteer to help in the Nursery at either the 9:30 or 11:00 morning services, there will be a clipboard passed during worship the next couple of weeks for you to sign-up. What a joy it is to care for God’s children in this way! Thank you for your willingness to help.
United Methodists have believed, from the beginning, that each of us is called to participate in the outreaching ministry of Jesus Christ. John Wesley described this work in simple, practical terms: “Do all the good you can, in all the places you can, to all the people you can.”
