MEMORIAL DAY SUNDAY
Let’s honor our service men & women on Memorial Day Sunday!!! There is an anthem called “A Salute To Our Armed Forces” that combines the songs of all the armed forces & put to a DVD presentation. It is inspirational. If you can sing we would be happy to have you. Practice is this Monday at 7:00pm, Sunday at 2:00pm. We will schedule another practice at a later time. It sounds like it will be fun.
INQUIRERS CLASS
The Inquirers Class began last Thursday & will run for 3 more consecutive weeks. It is for those who wish to know more about the United Methodist Church & are considering joining the Homestead Park UMC. It is helpful to share our spiritual journeys together & grow closer to the Lord. We anticipate receiving new members June 9, 2013.

CALLING ALL GRADUATES!
The end of the school year is fast approaching & we want to celebrate with those graduating from High School, College, & Technical School. We plan on honoring our graduates on Sunday, June 2 at our worship services. Please sign the sign-up sheet in the Narthex is you are graduating or know of someone in our church family who is graduating. Thank you.
VBS VOLUNTEERS
Calling one calling all! We need you! Everyone is needed! We need set builders, data entry, cutters & material preppers, as well as people to work during the week of VBS. Please join us — this week is not possible without the help of many. Contact Michelle Morgan
